With over 20 years’ experience in winning bids and leading teams, Davey is an experienced leader of complex and large-scale bid responses across the public sector and medium to large enterprises. He has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams for technically demanding and operationally diverse bids. He is particularly adept at defining win strategies and reviewing bids to ensure consistency and relevance in achieving maximum bid scores.

Davey has led multiple award-winning bids as Bid Director / Bid Manager with values ranging from €500k to £100m across various sectors – winner of the 2016 Tech Excellence Awards Mobility Project of the Year, and a Tech Excellence Awards finalist in 2015.

Davey has extensive experience in bid management/bid consulting; successfully managing bids with high contract values, complex teaming and sub-contract arrangements. Facilitating the development of winning strategy for complex bids through a mix of storyboarding, coaching and hands-on proposal development.

Having gained both undergraduate and postgraduate diplomas in business, Davey has also graduated with a prize-winning First in Master of Business Administration (MBA). Davey is APMP registered.

Samantha has six years’ experience in small bids, proposals, and tenders across a range of sectors, in both government and enterprise.  Having started her APMP training in January 2017, she is well on her way to becoming a certified Foundation Level proposal professional.  Samantha understands clients’ needs, has an organised work ethic, plus high attention to detail.  She enjoys learning all about each customer’s business and looks forward to assisting her clients throughout the tender process.

With excellent communication skills, flexibility, resourcefulness, ability to ensure all information is understood, Samantha is able to complete requirements, comfortably work to deadlines and quickly builds rapport with her clients at all levels.
