We’ll review and markup three to five recent submissions, against their RFT and RFP requirements and provide detailed feedback.

Always know what you pay.

What will a 1% change in your win rate return?  If you don’t know, you need to gather the data to calculate it.  Small increases in win rate are often worth considerable effort. In fact, increasing your win rate will often net a better ROI than chasing more leads.

Once you know your win rate you can easily track its performance and continually work to improve it.  We have an independent review service where we appraise four fundamental areas of bid management activity: bid quality, bid process, bid efficiency, and bid effectiveness.

Onsite interviews and workshops are conducted with senior executives, sales managers and sales support teams.  Your operation is evaluated against the Association of Proposal Management Professions (APMP) best-practice and a detailed finding and recommendations report is presented to senior executives. 

Our daily rate is €950.

We’ve provided some guideline pricing aside for the various appraisal services.  We always try and provide a general estimate during our initial correspondence, and then secure a fixed price before kickoff.

Submissions Review - 3-Days Offsite (€2,800+)

Client feedback is seldom detailed enough to critically appraise your tender responses against their evaluation criteria or to gain real insights as to where tangible improvements can be made. 

Our independent review will critically evaluate between 3 and 5 previous submissions and provide marked up responses with edits and comments.

Our evaluation will critically assess your approach and response to the questions, the depth and appropriateness of the solution, measures of value, client focus, and persuasiveness.  As well as grammar, writing style, structure, visual appeal, etc.

Process Audit - 2-Days Onsite, 1-Day Offsite (€2,800+)

However good your people are, people alone are not enough to maximize your win rate.  If it’s not documented and if it can’t be implemented by someone other than the person who designed it, then it’s not a process.

Our audit will critically evaluate – against best-practice – your end-to-processes from qualification through to proposal management, logistics planning, resource allocation, scheduling, assignments, proposal writing, production and submission.

We can develop and document appropriate processes if none exist.

Support Function Review - 2-Days Onsite, 1-Day Offsite (€2,800+)

There are a number of key areas where investment can have a direct impact on win rates.  A small percentage win rate increase would justify some significant effort and investment in these areas.

We’ll critically evaluate the functions available to support your bid process in terms of bid resourcing, capability, availability, tools, systems, subject matter experts, graphic designers, writers, etc.

We’ll conduct a thorough review of your tender library, reviewing stock content such as company and corporate information, product descriptions, case studies, references, branding & imagery, templates, etc.

Our bid specialist will require access to the relevant resources and systems in order to conduct a thorough review. Interviews will be required with a number of heads of sales, sales personnel, and members of the bid support function.  A detailed findings and recommendations report will be presented to the senior management team.

How long does it take?

Not all projects are created equal. They vary greatly in time depending on the service and the levels of our involvement. We are extremely efficient at creating content and responses.  Our 20+ years of experience, combined with a plethora of templates and stock content, means we can usually produce compelling content or submissions within a very short period.

How much do you charge?

Our hourly rate is €125 or €850 per day. We regularly benchmark our prices against similar service providers to ensure we are the most competitive. We generally provide an estimate during our initial consult and then secure a fixed price before project kickoff.

How do you keep track of time?

We use industry leading software to track our hours, keeping projects on time and to budget. We can provide real-time reporting if required. During each correspondence or review, we will always provide an update on the accrued hours.

Where do you work from?

We work from our offices or yours. For hourly rate projects, we tend to work from our offices, and for day rate projects from yours. That way, we get to know your team, the culture of your business and it gives us quick and easy access to your subject matter experts and tender library.

How confidential is my information?

Client confidentiality is our highest priority. No information about a client, verbal or written, is ever discussed or shown to another client. Your information is only accessible to your assigned Bid Specialist. We use Microsoft SharePoint which provides the highest levels of security for document management and access.

Do you work on the same tender for different companies?

Absolutely not. Our business will only work on one tender per client. Identified by its unique tender reference ID.  This applies to tender responses and frameworks. We aim to work with only one client per government assigned CPV code.

Where do you store my files?

We use a variety of Microsoft Office 365 applications for communicating and collaborating effectively with clients. We use SharePoint for document management, which allows us to share and manage content seamlessly across projects.

How do we collaborate?

We use Microsoft Teams for project collaboration. Microsoft Teams is a platform that combines document management, chat, meetings, notes, etc. all in one application.  As its name suggests, Teams is a hub for teamwork in Office 365. We provide all clients with access to our platform.
