We understand that small businesses have time, resource and budget constraints and will want to set up or streamline a tender process that ensures responding is as quick and an efficient as possible.

Our service helps you to do exactly that. We’ll create compelling response templates and sales support content for your business that is easily accessible and can be reused from tender to tender.

Our hourly rate is €125.

We have provided some guideline pricing aside for the various types of content required.  We always try and provide a general estimate during our initial correspondence, and then secure a fixed price before kickoff.

Proposal Response Template - €500
Proposals are the electronic shop window to your business.  They need to be creative, visually attractive, and clearly put forward your argument for a prospect’s business in a logical and chronological sequence.

We’ll create an editable Microsoft Word document representing your business and brand, and structure it with pre-agreed sections that sequence your argument. Typical sections include Executive Summary, Understanding of Requirements, Proposed Solution, etc.

These sections can then be populated with your own content. For an additional hourly rate, we can help you to proof-read and edit the final document. Once completed, your template can be easily edited and reused for future sales opportunities.

Tender Response Template - €850
Similar to proposals, tender responses are an electronic shop window to your business.  They need to be creative, visually attractive, and clearly put forward your argument for a prospect’s business.

Rather than the free-format of a proposal document, tender responses are usually in response to a purchaser’s brief – such as Request for Tender (RFT) or Invitation to Tender (ITT) – which provides response guidelines and a structure to follow.

We’ll create an editable Microsoft Word document representing your business and brand, and structure it in-line with your  RFT or ITT guidelines.

These sections can then be populated with your own content. For an additional hourly rate, we can help you to proof-read and edit the final document. Once completed, your template can be easily edited and reused for future sales opportunities.

Case Study - €500
Case studies are a great way to tell the world how valuable your products or services are. They go beyond simple testimonials by showing real-life examples of how you were able to satisfy your customer’s needs and help them accomplish their goals. With great case studies, you will be able to highlight your successes in a way that will make your potential customers become your customers.

We’ll create an editable Microsoft Word case study document (or PDF) representing your business and brand, and structured so that it tells your story of how you approached and resolved your customer’s problem.

Additional CVs can be completed at €400 each.

Curriculum Vitae - €500
All too often, CVs are overlooked in the tendering process.  Employees are an important company asset, so it makes sense to effectively promote their skills and experience in your submissions.  This is especially important with tendering becoming so increasingly competitive across industries.

We will create a Microsoft Word CV document (or PDF) representing your business and brand, and structured so that it highlights your employee’s relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. 

Additional CVs can be completed at €250 each.

Boilerplate Material - €125 per hour
A winning tender response should read like a good book, taking the evaluator on a compelling journey about your business, and how you’re creating and delivering real value to your customers.

We can create compelling success stories for standardised sections of tender responses. The list is endless but includes items such as:

  • Value propositions and method statements.
  • Company history.

Due to client confidentiality, we are unable to showcase previous bid and tender submissions, obviously.  So, to demonstrate our capability and work quality, we have mocked up some sample pages.  Your responses will be uniquely tailored to your opportunity, business and brand. A professional graphic designer can be drafted onto to the team for more complex bid responses.

How long does it take?

Not all projects are created equal. They vary greatly in time depending on the service and the levels of our involvement. We are extremely efficient at creating content and responses.  Our 20+ years of experience, combined with a plethora of templates and stock content, means we can usually produce compelling content or submissions within a very short period.

How much do you charge?

Our hourly rate is €125 or €850 per day. We regularly benchmark our prices against similar service providers to ensure we are the most competitive. We generally provide an estimate during our initial consult and then secure a fixed price before project kickoff.

How do you keep track of time?

We use industry leading software to track our hours, keeping projects on time and to budget. We can provide real-time reporting if required. During each correspondence or review, we will always provide an update on the accrued hours.

Where do you work from?

We work from our offices or yours. For hourly rate projects, we tend to work from our offices, and for day rate projects from yours. That way, we get to know your team, the culture of your business and it gives us quick and easy access to your subject matter experts and tender library.

How confidential is my information?

Client confidentiality is our highest priority. No information about a client, verbal or written, is ever discussed or shown to another client. Your information is only accessible to your assigned Bid Specialist. We use Microsoft SharePoint which provides the highest levels of security for document management and access.

Do you work on the same tender for different companies?

Absolutely not. Our business will only work on one tender per client. Identified by its unique tender reference ID.  This applies to tender responses and frameworks. We aim to work with only one client per government assigned CPV code.

Where do you store my files?

We use a variety of Microsoft Office 365 applications for communicating and collaborating effectively with clients. We use SharePoint for document management, which allows us to share and manage content seamlessly across projects.

How do we collaborate?

We use Microsoft Teams for project collaboration. Microsoft Teams is a platform that combines document management, chat, meetings, notes, etc. all in one application.  As its name suggests, Teams is a hub for teamwork in Office 365. We provide all clients with access to our platform.
